We are currently seeking athletic and personal trainers, massage therapists, dance/yoga/Pilates Instructors and similar backgrounds to join our team. This is an amazing opportunity to gain experience within a boutique style integrated health and wellness office.

Our rehab team follows our patients care plans and provides one-on-one assisted stretching, as well as active functional rehab sessions, benefiting the overall health of our patients.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and functional (active) rehab sessions

• Encourage and motivate patients throughout sessions

• Ensure safety of patients in regards to proper techniques

• Attend staff meetings

• Clean and maintain work areas and equipment in order to ensure patient use at any given time​

Qualifications:

• Love of boutique fitness environment is a must – passion for stretching, mobility, flexibility and patient care.

• Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people.

• Fantastic communication skills and exudes empathy.

• Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve goals.

• Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies.

• Must possess a “we, not me” team oriented attitude

• MUST BE COACHABLE, as well as have a strong desire to perpetually learn.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Able to work designated office hours, as well as additional hours as needed.

• ​

Preferred background:

• Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Physical Education or similar

• Athletic and Personal Trainers

• Physical Therapy Assistant or Tech

• Pilates or Yoga Instructors

• Dance Instructors

• Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provide hands-on training

• Fitness certification(s) a plus

Required Office Hours:

• Monday’s – 11:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

• Wednesday’s – 8:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. (with lunch break).

• Friday’s – 8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

• Additional hours are flexible.
